ELECTRIC SCOOTER REGULATIONS IN AUSTRALIA

In New South Wales, it's only lawful to ride electric scooters on personal property. However, the Transport Preacher did not push through e-scooter tests in Sydney regardless of the National Transportation Commission's (NTC) suggestion in August 2020. So far, there's no news regarding this development, leading to NSW dragging various other states.
